As you might know, my doctor told me to avoid cow, oat and soy milks to reduce inflammation, and I have been buying commercially available milks, like Rude Health and Plenish for the past 2 years, which contain about 6% nuts.
You are talking to a cappuccino lover here — and I never got these milks to froth properly. I even bought a new Nespresso frother, but no luck! My homemade nut milk with soaked nuts pressed in a juicer was better, but really too much work on a regular basis.
So, when I visited the Food Matters Show at the Excel in London last year, I was thrilled to find Nooj nut pastes. You just add water to the paste, shake and there you are! I store it in the container and use it up in 3 days. I am beyond thrilled that my cappuccino is now frothy!!! You can add more or less water depending how much fat you want in your milk.

Follow Nooj Foods on Facebook or Instagram to find out retailers they will be stock by. There are also lots of yummy recipes on there. Cheers!
