I recently read Dr. Rangan Chatterjee‘s book The 4 Pillar Plan, and have always been a fan as he makes living healthily approachable and fun. If you have missed his BBC series called Doctor in the House, watch it! It will give you so much motivation with incredible real life stories. Rangan’s book offers a wealth of information about how to relax more, eat smart, move better and sleep cleverer, but I found his cheat sheet at the very beginning the most useful. In order to create new habits — and to break new ones, which is even harder — we need to simplify things. So, have a look at the below — see where you net out and chose just one or two to focus on in the next month. Then, come back and work your way though the list.
