On an unrelated Hashimoto’s note, my functional medicine doctor tested my hormones levels a few months ago. It turns out, that I have low testosterone, which is good for building muscle tone, having drive and a sexual appetite. I can definitely attest to my thinking, ‘why is this not working’ while in the gym!!! As for the rest … well, I attribute that to my having a small child 🙂
So, now I am on Ionic Boron, a mineral that is found in food and the environment and used for building strong bones and muscles, increasing testosterone levels, and improving thinking skills and muscle coordination. I hope to be able to show you a picture of my new muscular self by the summer!
