Time to hit the road and I am confronted with a cupboard full of vitamins, which I struggle to take regularly in the first place. Well .. most of the time, I do and then life gets in the way. While traveling it’s harder. Here are my tips especially for long periods away, during which you really should take all your vitamins and supplements with you.
- Make sure you have enough of each! This is not obvious as you need to take different quantities of each supplement and they each come in different sized bottles. So, spend a few minutes on this ahead of your travels and place orders.
- This rainbow coloured vitamin tray is the best I found. It’s flat, easy to pack and has perhaps larger compartments for jumbo-sized pills.
- If some supersized pills don’t fit, just carry them in small ziplock bags and mark them.
